JDA Announces New Solution Investment Policy

JDA is pleased to announce its new industry-leading Solution Investment Policy (SIP). Effective December 1, 2011, all functional versions of JDA solutions released for General Availability (GA) on or after that date will be fully supported for six years from the release date of that version. At the end of the six years, customers may purchase up to an additional three years of fee-based Extended Support. This Extended Support will provide for code support (bug fixes) of critical issues that constitute a solution failure and could significantly impact a mission- critical aspect of a customer's business.

Additionally, we recognize that many of our customers currently use versions of JDA solutions that were released six or more years ago. We remain committed to our current support policies for those older solutions while we review and craft a go-forward support policy for them. If you are currently using a solution version that is more than six years old, we urge you to consider a solution upgrade. JDA's ongoing solutions investments, and the continuous evolution of our customers' businesses, make solution upgrades a viable option for many. We offer several upgrade options, including those via the JDA® Private Cloud, that are cost efficient and operationally effective, delivering a rapid return on your solution investment.
